The challenge was to design a mobile app, web app, and marketing website that seamlessly integrated these functionalities and appealed to both performers and fans. Our approach began with a deep dive into understanding Lesla’s vision and the specific needs of their target audience. We collaborated closely with Lesla and our development partner HSTK to define the product vision and user stories, ensuring that every feature aligned with the platform's goals. Our design team crafted detailed wireframes, setting the foundation for intuitive user experiences across mobile and web apps. We focused on art direction and directed photoshoots to create visually compelling and authentic content. Finally, we developed high-fidelity designs, ensuring that the final product was both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
