The Challenge
Addressing racism and its generational impact is a complex and sensitive endeavor. The challenge was to create a digital platform that could facilitate meaningful conversations about race, encourage active participation in anti-racist actions, and foster a sense of community and shared purpose. The platform needed to be engaging, educational, and supportive, providing users with the tools and resources necessary to make equity a lifelong practice.

The Approach
Our approach began with a deep understanding of MVMT10K's mission and the unique needs of its target audience. We worked closely with The Indianapolis Foundation and HSTK to develop a brand identity that resonated with the community and reflected the movement’s commitment to racial equity. Custom illustrations were created to visually convey the movement's goals and values. The web app was designed with an intuitive interface that encourages users to connect, learn, and grow together. We incorporated interactive elements and resources to facilitate engagement and inspire users to take action.
The Results
The MVMT10K platform has become a catalyst for change, uniting individuals to tackle systemic racism and build a more equitable future. The engaging and user-friendly design has successfully mobilized community members, fostering a sense of connection and shared purpose. The platform’s educational resources and interactive features have empowered users to commit to anti-racist actions and make equity a lifelong practice. MVMT10K is more than just a digital platform; it’s a powerful movement driving progress and unity in Central Indiana.
