The Art Director ensures that all visual and technical details of our creative projects are executed to the highest standard. You’ll collaborate closely with Creative Directors, designers, and production teams to translate creative vision into effective, polished deliverables. This is a hands-on, non-client-facing role focused on elevating design quality and maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the visual execution and technical detailing of creative deliverables across web, print, and motion.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and design teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and visual language.
- Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
- Review files (Figma, Adobe, etc.) for technical accuracy, organization, and brand compliance.
- Identify and address design inconsistencies; ensure adherence to company and client brand guidelines.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, innovation, and best practices in design workflow.
- Support production by preparing assets in required formats and resolving technical issues.
- Stay up to date with design trends and new tools.
Qualifications
- 3 years as an Art Director or senior designer in an agency or in-house team.
- Strong expertise in design software: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating technical skill and creative versatility.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual composition and storytelling.
- Experience directing and providing feedback to design teams.
- Familiarity with asset handoff to development and production teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
