Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scheduling, and management from kickoff through launch.
Communicate effectively with clients, clearly managing expectations, timelines, and scope.
Facilitate collaboration between design, engineering, and strategy teams.
Proactively identify risks, communicate blockers, and propose solutions.
Ensure projects meet our high standards for quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

3+ years of project management or production experience, ideally within creative agencies.
Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Clear, concise communication—both written and verbal.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to stay calm, positive, and focused under pressure.
Proactive mindset, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
